1.1 What are your store hours?

Our Store Hours are Monday-Friday 10-6 & Saturday 10-5.

1.2 Where is the store located?

Spoiled Sweet's NEW location is at 2095 Exeter Road, Suite 20 Germantown, TN 38138.

Come find us by our new neighbors in Exeter Village: The Gift Horse, Trek Bike Shop, and Dollar Tree

1.3 When will my order ship?

Orders will typically ship in 1-3 business days from our store in suburban Memphis, TN. 

1.4 How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more on full priced merchandise. Orders under $150 incur a flat $9 shipping charge.

1.5 Why are some items not available for purchase online?

Some of our brands do not allow us to sell from our website. If you call (901-757-9797), message us on social media (@SpoiledSweetBoutique), or send us an email ([email protected]), we would be happy to help you purchase it over the phone or with a PayPal invoice! 

1.6 How do I add a monogram?

Some of our most popular options have monogram options when adding the item to your cart. If you would like to add a monogram to something that does not, please contact us via social media, email, or phone, and we would be happy to help!

1.7 How long does a monogram take?

Monograms usually take from 1-2 weeks the date you place the order (+ shipping time). Store pickup orders will be sent a text when it is ready to be picked up. If you need it sooner, please contact the store via social media, email, or phone.

1.8 Do you have social media?

This is a great way to see new arrivals, current inventory, and sales!

1.9 What is your return policy?

Unless otherwise noted, you have 14 days from delivery of your purchase for money back on full price merchandise.  All sale merchandise is final sale.  Any custom orders or embroidery orders are final sale.

If returning through the mail, return postage is responsibility of the buyer. If you need to exchange an item, return postage & reshipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please contact us at [email protected] prior to sending the item back for return authorization and instructions.

1.11 Can I use a Spoiled Sweet giftcard online?

Yes! When you're ready to check out, just enter the code on the back of the card in the space provided!

The easiest way to stay in-the-know is to sign up for our emails and text messages.
